On Saturday,
June 4, 2011, Tai Chi instructor, Sue Steffen will present a half-day
workshop from 9:00 to noon.
Tai Chi is a wonderful way to reduce stress, improve balance and
over-all flexibility. Sometimes described as "meditation in motion,"
it promotes serenity through gentle movements that help make a connection
between mind and body. Originally developed as a martial art in
ancient China, Tai Chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise
that is now used for a variety of health conditions throughout the
world and is considered by many to be a kind of "fountain of youth"
for the challenges of ageing.
The cost for the class is $25.
